Is Your Temple a House of Prayer?

Do we ever wonder why it seems that the Lord comes into our lives and turns the tables on us?

Have we made our temple a den of robbers?

Is the activity going on in our temple centered on changing money?  Do we concentrate on changing money – – into what?

The Scriptures tells us that Jesus did not permit anyone to carry merchandise through the temple.  As the saying  goes, “you can’t take it with  you.”

When was the central time that the meek and lowly One, who is humble of heart, got angry?  Was it not when He cleansed the temple?

Why did He drive out all that clutter from the temple?

All of us who are concerned that cigarettes defile our temple, have we made our temple a House of Prayer?

Jesus will help us.   Why don’t we pray about it?

“And the blind and the lame came to him IN THE TEMPLE; and he healed them.” (Matt. 21:14 KJV)

The self righteous wanted to kill Him for doing this, but they could do nothing because all the people were hanging on His every word.

Matt 21:12-14, Mark 11:15-18, Luke 19:45-48
